Mint chutney for snacks

Ingredients

  1. Mint – 1 cup
  2. coriander – 1 cup
  3. green chillies – per taste
  4. cumin powder
  5. amchoor
  6. chaat masala
  7. rock salt
  8. curd – 0.5 cup
  9. ginger – 0.5 ” piece
  10. garlic – 3-4 cloves
  11. 1 small onion

Methodology

  1. grind all ingredients together to form a paste
  2. beat curd to form a smooth paste
  3. mix together and adjust masalas per your taste
  4. can be served with fried snacks
