- Chickpeas – soaked and boiled
- Garlic cloves – 3
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp or per taste
- Olive oil – 100 ml
- Tahini paste (paste of white seesame seeds) – 2 tbsp
- Salt – per taste
- Curd (optional)
- Soak overnight chickpeas then boil.
- In mixer, grind all the ingredients together .
- Maintain the consistency by varying the quantity of strained water(used in chickpeas boiling) during grind.
